Preparation of Labor Agreement with UAE

The UAE has drafted the Labor Agreement with Nepal, the third largest largest of labor destinations for Nepalese workers. The proposal for bilateral labor agreement has been formally submitted two weeks ago in Nepal for a long time.

Krishna Aryal, spokesperson of the Nepali Embassy and Second Secretary, said that the UAE had a diplomatic proposal with the framework of labor agreements that would be done with Nepal. Nepal had recently proposed MoU for domestic workers with UAE.

After the new UAE legislation was made two months before the UAE went to the implementation and implementation of the domestic work, Nepal had tried to compromise to send domestic workers to the UAE, saying that the domestic workers would be more secure.

Nepal has stopped going abroad for domestic work, saying the domestic workers will only send agreement with the concerned country. After the agreement last week, legal law has been opened to Jordan as a domestic worker.

While Nepal is trying to make a deal by showing special interest to domestic workers, the UAE has proposed to draft the full labor agreement. According to the Nepali embassy in Abubhabi, there will be agreement after the work was made positive by further discussion on Ministry of Labor and Employment and further related issues.

According to the UAE positive on the disadvantages of the past, Nepal has said the proposed draft of the new agreement is called 'Progressive'. In the proposed draft draft, the employer's salary, service facility, insurance, and employer's agreement to deal with the workers.

UAE is known as a safe destination for Nepali workers. Also, the UAE has been drafted to allow the problem-solved workers to change their company easily.
Former ambassador to the UAE, Mohan Krishna Shrestha, told that Nepal will send laborers with YU and Bahrain labor labor or workers by MoO. According to the researchers, the UAE has not been able to address the problem of Nepalese workers despite the UAE.
