Passed the health insurance bill

All the citizens have passed the health insurance bill 2074 with the provision of access to health services.




The President passed by the President after implementing Lalmahar, will come into force. The then health minister Gagan Kumar Thapa registered the parliament in preparing preparations, but after the UML blockade was not discussed, the current health minister Girirajmani Pokhrel had filed a bill shortly ago.




Gagan Thapa, Minister of Health, Health Minister, said no one should be contacted by health services because of lack of money after implementation of Health Insurance Act. He said that the government will provide access to all the health services in the health services due to the provision of the government to pay and pay the premier based on the income. He said that the medicines would be cheap and he could not afford to provide relief if the insurance law could not be made cheap.
Now, every family should be treated as units and all members of the family health insurance should be compulsory. The amount should be paid for certain amount i.e. to be covered in insurance. However, the government has got a provision to pay the money in the rights of the families who are under the control of poverty and not paying the premium.




Regarding how much to pay the amount in the premium, the rules have been made and later explained. Regarding the free programs being included in insurance respectively, the system is also kept in the bill. According to the bill, the newborn, child, senior citizen, people with disability and disability will be involved in the health insurance program.




In order to provide people with such insurance, Orphanage, Child Reforms, and to the dependent on the health insurance program, the organization of such organization will be the duty of the organization, a person who is considered to be a national servant and workers of foreign employment, should also be involved in the health insurance program.
